Birch Consulting Group is a boutique management consultancy, partnering with our clients to develop their people in both management and leadership skills as well as working with them to enhance their financial expertise. With many years of experience, in Australia and internationally, our team is equally comfortable working one on one or facilitating groups. We believe that for workshops or courses to be effective, they need to be engaging, interactive and even fun - whatever the topic area!

 

The founder, Cherry Birch, is Bonanza’s chosen partner in Australia. She trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK and while working at Sundridge Park Management Development Centre, was introduced to Bonanza’s suite of materials. She has subsequently used these materials extensively while based in SE Asia for 4 years and in 2005 Cherry launched a local version in Australia. As well as working with clients directly, Cherry works closely with the Australian Institute of Management and had integrated Bonanza materials into a number of their short courses.
