Buyers call providers with new eyes

Have we some 500 buyers in different parts of the world, it is an advantage if the assessment of local providers based on a consensus within the entire group. That the majority of buyers are engineers with varying degrees of knowledge of economics was not easy to find a suitable training model.

 

The solution to the challenge came with Bonanza. Their training methodology corresponded to our specific requirements profile. On a five-point point scale, we have the objective of a training program to reach four. As our critical engineering education gave 4.7 points, it was exceptionally good.

 

Now we are working on together to develop a methodology that specifically address certain types of targets and key. Then we use the Bonanza excellent tool.
